We have many great gift ideas.  We will wrap your gift and add a note card for free (if the product allows).  We can ship your gift to that special someone.  Email us the details with your order and we will get your gift in the mail.

If we have sold out of an item or you need more items than are available, please contact us.  We do take orders.  However, since each item is hand-made the delivery date will be set by the artist/crafter as to availability of materials and when they will be able to complete the item. Exact duplicates may not be possible.  We cannot mass produce any item.

POSTAGE: Many of our items are shipped for free. High ticket and large items we must charge for postage. For those items the price and postage fees are listed in the catalog. We ship “US Postal First Class” unless directed differently.  Our large ticket items will be insured and the price is reflected in the postage total. For additional insurance or express shipment please contact us for revised totals. For international orders please contact us by email to confirm we mail to your country and for adjustment in postage and fees, if it applies.  For APO and FPO orders, US postage applies.

Refund Policy

Because of the time it takes to make each hand-made item, all sales are final. However, if your purchase does not arrive in perfect condition we will certainly replace/refund the item (based on postal insurance). If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and we will do what we can to correct the issue.
